Minimum check-in age is 21
Full payment with a credit card is taken at check-in. 

Smoking Policy
Our rooms are non-smoking, including vaping and the use of marijuana. Disregarding this policy will result in extra charges at a minimum of $250. 

Pet Policy

• Dogs are permitted in designated guest rooms. 
• Dogs are the only animals permitted on the property.
• Limit of 2 dogs per room with a fee of $25 per dog/per stay.
• Dogs are not to be left in rooms unattended.
• Dogs are not permitted on beds or couches.
• Dogs are not permitted in the Courtyard or Riverview Kitchenette Buildings.
• Dogs must always be on a leash while on the property.
• Dog owners are liable for any costs associated with their pet, including damages and additional cleaning.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

Undeclared Pet Fee. A charge of $75 will be incurred for an undeclared pet per pet/per night.
